Mindy Cohen was woken by the sound of her ringing phone.

When she answered it, a voice said,

It was a familiar male voice,

though she had brain fog due to sleep deprivation,

and it affected her memory. After some digging, she remembered

it was the detective she met. He called her the last month, and more recently, he was

inquiring about the two teenage girls she met at Matt Groatsman's party.

He told her one was named Gina and the other was named Cindy Chandler.

Mindy remembered the girls that they were new to the strip.

The detective told her they were dead.
