Carol M Bundy was a nurse and mother who suffered incest, sexual abuse, and betrayal from almost every man in her life.

But in 1980, she met a man who seemed to represent a fresh start.

Douglas Clark was handsome and gentle.

He was great with Carol's kids,

and even took time to play with them on the first night he stayed over.

But Clark was not the charming man he seemed to be.

He was a pedophile and a budding serial killer,

and he wanted Carol to help him fulfill his twisted desires.

Carol was all too willing to be Clark's accomplice, and as she helped him murder young runaways and sex workers, she became consumed by her own dark fantasies.
