Summary
On the 17th of June 2019, 23 year old University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck landed back in Salt Lake City, after attending her grandmother’s funeral.
She texted her mum to say she’d arrived safely… and then, within hours, she vanished . Her final known movements would lead investigators to a dark, empty park at 3am... and into a case that quickly spiralled into something far more disturbing than anyone first imagined.
As police retraced her steps, they uncovered a secret online life, a carefully arranged late night meeting, and a trail of digital evidence that pointed toward a man who was hiding something sinister.
This episode unravels the timeline, the evidence, and the chilling escalation that followed Mackenzie’s disappearance… because what began as a missing persons case would soon expose a level of planning and brutality that begs one terrifying question... what was really waiting for her in that car?
