People believe that we have a mind and we have a body and that they are since Descartes two distinct things.

We all know that there's a relationship and people talk about mind-body connection.

I'm not talking about connection. I'm talking

about mind-body unit. It's one thing. Wherever we put the mind, we're putting the body.

And if we put them back together, the mind and the body,

then wherever you're putting the mind,

And I've been testing this for over 25 years

just as important if not more so, than what we do, especially when it comes

to things like our body, our health, our pain, disease, well-being, healing, immunity, even

weight and strength, and so much more.
