I want to talk about the strong woman.

The highly coveted strong woman archetype that we all in some ways want to be.

When we think about the strong woman, sometimes we think about our mothers who managed to do it all

with little to no help. We saw them be supermums who would do the school run,

do the grocery shopping, wake up on time, get us to school on time, cook us food and still be

mothers. And now that I'm of the age of being a mother, I don't know how they did it,

but it makes sense as to why a lot of our mothers were very angry and irritable for majority of

our childhoods because they didn't have any sense of release or relief from motherhood. was no break there was no opportunity to go away

and regulate yourself while three noisy children are fighting over each other's toys there was

no sense of mothers have hard times too and it's okay to talk about it.
