Aleks Rybchinskiy is a Neurosomatic Therapist with nearly a decade in the field working to heal clients by applying integrative and holistic therapies and methodologies mastered through accelerated completions of the prestigious practitioner programs at CHEK Institute in California, and Neurosomatic Educators Institute in Clearwater, FL.
Aleks works with clients from all ages to address weight loss, muscle gain, pain, physiological imbalances, TMJ, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, headaches/migraines, visceral massage, cranial alignment, and many more. He also has a roster of clients all over the country, and is available for services and care outside of the Chicago & Austin area per schedule availability.
After spending the morning together, chatting and doing the podcast I hired Aleks to be my coach. If you’re in Austin, that’s great, as you can work with him in person. If you are not, I work with him remotely myself, so you can do the same.
In this episode, Aleks talks about how he began trusting himself as he started learning about what he’s interested in, how subconscious beliefs impact coaching and health, why typical SMART goals are only the surface and aren’t going to lead to long-term client satisfaction, how to live authentically and present as a coach, how to create compliance with your clients, how to create a network and work with other coaches and trainers, and more.

0:00.0 | Welcome to the Strong Coach, this is your host, Mike Blitzer. |
0:04.0 | And today, I want to, before we get into the show, I want to share about some of the stuff we've been doing in the Strong Coach program. |
0:13.0 | And I started off the program with, we have six people in it right now. |
0:19.0 | We have six students. Everyone's getting an amazing result. |
0:22.0 | We're about to go into our fourth week. And we started off with vision. |
0:27.0 | And as I was writing the curriculum and as I was getting on the phone with people I realized, |
0:32.0 | and I know this for myself as well, if we don't have vision, we don't have purpose. |
0:37.0 | If we don't have a clear direction that we're going, then our days will be filled with a lot of busyness without feeling like we got anything done. |
0:50.0 | I mean, I used to feel that way a lot. I would work, work, work. |
0:54.0 | What did I really do, even though I was in front of my laptop the whole time I was working with clients, I was doing all sorts of stuff. |
1:00.0 | And it wasn't until I got a very clear vision down and that they created a path that I knew this is what I'm going to be. |
1:10.0 | This is where I'm going for in 10 years. |
1:13.0 | And I work it backwards and I zoom all the way out so I can zoom down into a very small detail and know exactly what to do from day to day. |
1:22.0 | It's going to move me towards that. |
1:24.0 | And knowing, it's not so much knowing what to do is knowing what not to do because there's so many distractions out there. |
1:30.0 | There's so many things and there's so many people that want you to do things that may not be your thing to do. |
1:37.0 | And so as I get older, as I do this thing, I have found myself saying no more than I ever say yes. |
1:44.0 | And I now, and I have a very clear method for figuring out exactly what it is I am doing and what it is that I'm not supposed to be doing. |
1:53.0 | And I had this conversation with my wife Ashley last week when she realized she goes, oh, when you say you're not interested, you literally mean that you're not interested. |
2:03.0 | She thought it was because you know, I maybe was trying to be insulting or this or that, but having the realization that as time has gone on, I've become so much more clear. |
2:16.0 | And what it is that I know that I want to be doing in life that a lot of things that are not in alignment with that simply are not interesting to me anymore. |
2:26.0 | And so it's not, it's not something that simply comes with age. It comes with intent and constantly working on myself and being able to use different methods to get there. |
