0:49.5 | Yeah. So as you can imagine, as you know, there's a bunch of different ways you can make money in self-storage. |
0:55.8 | Our business model is we are the bridge between the mom and pop operator and the institutional buyer, the REITs. |
1:05.0 | So give you an example, we'll go in and buy an asset, a self-storage facility from a mom and pop. |
1:13.3 | Oftentimes, we're taking that, you know, 50 to 60,000 square foot facility. |
1:18.6 | We're adding 20 or 30,000 square feet to it, climate controlled most often. |
