1:02.0	on Jesus' eight keys to living a blessed life. They're often called the Beatitudes.
1:08.4	They're the first eight verses of the most important sermon ever preached on planet Earth,
1:12.5	the sermon on the Mount. In Matthew chapter 5, verse 5, Jesus says this, the third key to God's
1:20.2	blessing on your life. God blesses those who are gentle. Look at that. God blesses those who are
1:30.6	gentle, and then here's the promise. The whole Earth will belong to them. Are you kidding me?
1:41.2	That's about the most extravagant statement ever made. The whole Earth will belong to anybody who's
1:48.8	gentle. Do I really believe that? Well, I wouldn't accept Jesus said it. And Jesus doesn't lie. Jesus
1:59.7	said, I am the truth. Not I have the truth. I teach the truth. I am the truth. So if Jesus says,
2:06.6	God blesses those who are gentle, the whole Earth will belong to them. Guess what? I believe that.
2:13.1	He's saying, somehow locked up in this third key of blessing is the key that when you learn what
2:21.5	it really means to be gentle, the world's yours. I mean, it's your apple. It's your in charge.
2:29.4	It's not driving you. You're driving it. Now, in our hard driving, ego driven,
2:37.8	market driven culture, you don't hear a whole lot about gentleness. And the reason why is we don't
