Good morning, Church.

My name is Abby Souter.

And you all are sending me out to Japan where right now there are only less than 1% of Christians.

So that means that there are over 124 million people who have no access to the gospel.

God put Japan on my heart from an early age.

And over the last four years, he's made the calling clear for me to go and join his mission to reach the Japanese.

I would love to tell you more about the work that we'll be doing.

So please feel free to come and say hi to me after the service in the lobby.

Our scripture today comes from Genesis 12-1-3.

And I'll be reading it in Japanese, but it'll be in English on this screen.
