Welcome to our daily rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the

son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to

pray for. So during this time between November 5th and December 8th, these 33 days, we're preparing ourselves

to consecrate or reconsecrate ourselves to Jesus through Mary by this Rosary meditation

where we're getting to know Jesus better.

Now after the wedding of Cana, but before Jesus goes back up to Jerusalem for the

Feast of Passover, that's probably the time when he delivers his most famous teaching, the sermon on the mount.

And in that great teaching, he warns us against the destructive nature of lying when he states, all need say is yes if you mean yes no if you mean no

anything more comes from the evil one.

So Jesus is teaching us to have a radical commitment to the truth.

But what is truth? Truth is the conformity of our thinking and behavior to reality.

St Thomas Aquana says,

We can't do anything evil without first creating some false story to justify it.

So Jesus wants us to live according to reality and not some false narrative because God is the ultimate reality and we

reach him by living in truth by living in truth, in reality.

Our Father who art in heaven,

Hollywood be your name,

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass

against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us for amiable,

for amiable, amen.
