0:32.2	advantage of because I have a friend visiting from the US and by the time you hear this episode it'll be Thursday so it's just the day after my birthday, May 18th.

0:51.6	I have to say one thing that these past few years have taught me is how special it is to be able to see people in person and to be able to give them an extra long giant bear hug. My friend had a pretty
