As-Salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu. All praise is due to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

the one and the unique. He is the one that we worship and it is his blessings that we seek.

He is the Lord of the oppressed and the one who answers the call of the weak. Today inshaAllah

we will actually be concluding our introductory series of lectures. And so after all of these

lectures this is basically part one. All of these lectures we've done is part one the introduction

to the stories of the prophets. And so inshaAllah we will be jumping into the story of Adam

alaihi salam. But we still have just a few more things to cover and again introductory. I mean

every time I start a series I wish I could go into even more detail but I feel that all of

these series that I'm doing I would say they are intermediate to intermediate to advance that type

of love alhamdulillah and it is enough of an introduction in the English language for you to

have a good comprehension of this particular subject inshaAllah. So today we have just a few odds

and ends to finish off with and then inshaAllah next lesson we will be in the night ala begin the

actual stories of the prophets. And one of the main aspects of our belief in the prophets of

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is the differentiation between the ranks and not between the overall

messages of the prophets. This is a very key point that we do consider the prophets to be of

different ranks and levels but we do not differentiate in the essence of their teachings and

message. We differentiate in the statuses of the prophets and the Arabic word is probably better

to use because this is the Quranic term. The Arabic word is tafril. We make tafril between the

prophets but we do not make tafril between the prophets. Fadbullah you fadbul tafril to have fadbul

we do consider some prophets to be better than other prophets and some messengers to be better

than other messengers. This is the term tafril. So fadbullah you know fadbul fadbullah is to have fadbullah
