| 0:05.0 | My wife and I were looking to buy a second home, preferably somewhere in the forest or |

| 0:10.5 | As it turned out, we were not ready to buy a beach front property, we just didn't have |
| 0:14.6 | the money, and so we started looking in nature. |
| 0:17.4 | One of our criteria was that we wanted to be close to Las Vegas, so we looked at spots |
| 0:21.0 | like Brian Head in Utah, we looked at Prescott in Arizona, but the one that we ended up |
| 0:26.7 | settling on was Big Bear in California. |
| 0:29.6 | And the reason I really liked Big Bear is because I felt like it was really undervalued |

| 0:35.2 | You had properties that were selling for the same amount as in Brian Head and Prescott, |
| 0:39.7 | and they were significantly less than the bigger spots like Tahoe, like Vale, like Aspen. |
| 0:45.6 | And not to mention, you can get there in 3-3-5 hours from Vegas, so it was a no-brainer |

| 0:53.6 | And so I started to look for a deal, but to be honest, I wasn't really looking to make |

| 0:59.5 | My whole goal was that if I could just rent it out and have all of my bills paid and then |

| 1:09.9 | Well, I ended up buying the first cabin in 2017, we paid $200,000 for it, it was about |
| 1:16.3 | 900 square feet, two bedroom, one bathroom, and we ended up putting about $35,000 into |
