So, and we're both punchy. It's been a long day, but we're here to talk about spring practice, our observations, our thoughts. It's kind of like a, well, we're just finishing up the first day of spring practice and this is kind of a preview of the

spring and the next 14 practices as long as well as what we've observed today.

So what we're going to talk about folks is just one the culture change that we've observed and have kept hearing about.

I believe that you can see the legitimate progress that's being made and certainly the attempt to change it. We're going to talk about, you know,

go position by position, what we think you should look for and follow this spring,

what we kind of expect, and then we'll kind of go into some other things like pro day and hoops at the very end

This is gonna be a spring football based podcast so Chris let's start off with just the general vibe of practice, what you thought.

And hey guys, we had an entire practice open outside of fan days.

We haven't had that in years, so it's cool that we'll actually be able to provide some insight and observations and analysis not just what we're hearing, but what we're seeing.

I mean, my biggest takeaway was that they were having fun.

Yeah, I have Marvin Wilson, I think even said, you know, was that they were having fun.

Marvin Wilson, I think, even said,

you know, last year felt like coming to a job

and it feels like just playing football or something.

Yeah, yeah, it felt like work.
