We got a bunch of things to get to today guys.

It's kind of probably my favorite time of the year

athletically because you got hoops wrapping up March Madness about to take

off baseball I don't really enjoy baseball that much like covering it but I do and I never cover it

but I do enjoy baseball's existence like it's my favorite sport to attend even though it's my least

favorite to watch or just something about especially FS FSU, baseball is cool,

and then we got spring football right around the corner.

So a lot of stuff to get to,

and then we'll take questions from you guys at the end.

But let's start off with football.

This is basically a football town and a football podcast and what we've kind of observed so far and heard as

FSU begins quote-unquote the chase, which is its off-season conditioning program, but before that,

what was your reaction

when you saw J. Lailan Ramsey tweet Tim Brewster yesterday I woke up to it like at

6 30 in the morning laughed out loud and went back to bed. I literally pictured

Jeline Ramsey in his locker with his head sway again, just basically saying,
