Welcome back to daily breath. I'm De Park Chopra. Today we discuss the second level of existence,

as some people understand it.

The second level, let's call it information and energy.

Let's call it for lack of a better expression right now, the quantum domain.

Quanta is a word that implies the smallest indivisible unit of energy that is contained in the universe.

A quantum is the smallest unit of waves of energy and information

structuring the universe. It's the it of the universe or you might say the bit of the universe or by you might say the bit and the it of the universe and that is the beginning point from the quantum vacuum into quantum events into states of

energy and information which ultimately transform into the

appearance of physical matter. according to the scientific paradigm.

There are many other ways of explaining this.

But let's now just stay with this level of existence which we are calling the level of energy or information or the level of the quantum.

This is a more subtle level of existence. It's the level of energy and information. It is therefore not as

substantial as the material level, it's insubstantial. Your minds, your thought or ego are actually packets of energy and information.

They are part of this quantum domain even though physicalists will deny this but that's neither here

nor there the physicalist material scientists will say I'm taking liberty with the word

quantum and yes I am so think of the word

quantum right now both as the way physics talks about it but also as a metaphor.

And when we do that, we realize that the material world is a subset of this other more physical, non-physical.

And when we do that, we realize that the material world is a subset of this more non-physical world.

Every child today has heard the famous formula of Einstein, E is equal to MC squared. Energy equals mass and

mass of course is related to matter. So energy vibrating at different frequencies becomes everything. It becomes the chair I'm sitting on and also the body that I'm using to sit on the chair.

We see that we are all part of a collective energy field, information
