Welcome to daily breath. I'm De Park Chopra. The third level of existence consists of intelligence or consciousness.

This can be called the virtual domain, the spiritual domain, the

field of potential, the universal being, or let's the

universal being or let's just call it non-local intelligence.

Intelligence that is not in space and time.

Non-local simply means no location.

Does the thought have a location in space?

Does a thought have a location in time?

You might say it has a momentary existence in time,

but actually even when you recognize that location of a thought in time, it no longer exists.

And that's true of every perception, by the way, of every experience that we have which are called

Qualia, Qualia, a qualities of experience, like love,

compassion, joy, equanimity, anger, color, shape, form, sound, sensation, texture, smell.

If you really think about it, none of these entities have a physical location in the world.

They only appear in our perceptual experience

when we pay attention or intention ultimately to our own self. This domain which we call virtual

is where information and energy emerged from, or we can call it pure

potentiality. It's beyond space and time, beyond the reach of space and time. It cannot be confined by a location.

It's not in you or out there.

It simply is.

It's the organizing force behind all things. Consciousness, intelligence, so forth. It creates and

orchestrates the activity of energy and information and that ultimately becomes all of matter.
