Hi friends welcome back to daily breath I'm the Bach Chopra with Syn Synchredestny, we gain the ability to transform

our lives according to our intentions. The first step to living this way is to understand the nature of the three levels of existence.

The first being the physical domain.

So let's define what is the physical domain.

What we call the physical domain is the interpretation of

perceptual activity, the five senses, sound, touch, sight, taste and smell.

These make the experience of what we call the physical world possible.

So this is the first level of existence, the visible universe.

When we look at this, time seems to flow in a straight line.

There's a past, I was conceived as a fertilized ovum, then I became a psychote, then I became an embryo, then I became an infant, a baby, etc, etc.

Young person, a teenager, adult.

Time is flowing in a straight line from birth to death.

In the universe, time has flown in a straight line from the Big Bang to the present moment.

In this scheme of the physical world, past, present and future, follow a certain direction. We call it the arrow of time. And also in this physical

domain we look at cause effect relationships. For every effect there's a cause, for every cause, in turn,

is the result of an effect.

And based on these ideas, we create a science.

And so we create math, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, etc, etc.

because with our scientific methodology, we feel that we can predict results of experiments.

And once we validate the results of those experiments, we have some idea of how the physical world operates. And the So all of our common sense understanding of the world comes from what we know of what we call the physical world or the physical domain.
