I'm Deepak Chopra, this is daily breath. Through the heart sutra meditation meditation the fire of your soul which is love

knowingness and bliss will start to broadcast itself from your heart.

So let's do this meditation regularly to focus our attention and

intention. The practice we are going to do today is frequently referred to in some traditions as the Heart

Sutra practice. Sit comfortably wherever you happen to be. Let's close the eyes and mentally start to

pronounce a mantra silently without moving the lips or without moving the tongue.

Let's choose the mantra today. So hum. So hum. So hum. So hum.

So hum. Do hum. So hum.

Do this for five minutes.

After five minutes, bring your attention to your heart.

As he experienced your heart beating,

put a little focus on your heartbeat

and see if you can feel it as a sensation or a sound or throbbing or some activity, some sensation.

And now ask yourself what am I grateful for.

Allow any sensation, image, feeling or thought to spontaneously come to you.

And now say to yourself mentally the prayer from the course and miracles.

Every decision I make is a choice between a grievance and a miracle.

I let go of grievances and I choose miracles.

If resentment surface, just say, I let go of grievances, I choose miracles.

Now become aware of your heart again and breathe into it and mentally say love knowingness
