Hello friends welcome back to daily breath. I'm Deepak Chopra. We are continuing our discussion on the fourth principle of Synchrodisney.

Today I'd like to offer you sutra statements that apply to the fourth principle.

And what is that principle?

Intent or intention weaves the tapestry of the universe.

Suta's statements are now to follow and you can practice each as I coach you through

these but you can even choose one or two or more periodically to maximize the strength of those intentions.

The more you do these practices,

the easier it'll become for you

to orchestrate the fulfillment of intention

through its organizing power.

So now sit quietly, close your eyes.

And let's start with different ways to activate the fourth sutra.

And the fourth sutra is what,

sungalpa.

So I'm going to list these and you can go through each of these or you can choose them

randomly or you can go through them all sequentially.

One imagine that the whole universe is a vast ocean of consciousness and your intentions

shoot out from within your heart and ripple across the vast ocean of consciousness.

As you're imagining this, mentally recite the

Sutra Sankalpa, Sankalpa, Sankalpa,

Sankalpa.
