I'm Deepak Chopra, this is daily breath. We are continuing our discussion on the second principle of Synchrodesk.

Today I'd like to offer you the sutra statements that apply to the second principle.

Through the mirror of relationships I discover my non-local self.

So we're going to play with images in the same way that we did previously.

One, imagine that your spirit is not only in you but in all other beings and everything that exists. So just imagine your own spirit

pervading all that exists and mentally say,

that Tewam As A. I am that. Two, imagine that everybody is a reflection of yourself.

Tat Twam A. Three, imagine that when you look at the universe you are looking at your mirror. Look at the

universe. Look at the stars. Look at the galaxies at night, look at the open sky, or look at a sea shore, and just

imagine that that's your mirror, that's a mirror of yourself.

And now mentally say,

that Twamasi.

Four, imagine that you see what others see.

Imagine that you're looking at the world

through the eyes of another person.

Just imagine that and say,

Thattwam a assi, mentally.

Five, imagine that you can feel what others are feeling.

Now mentally, recite Tataramasi.

Six, imagine that you are the qualities you most admire in others.

Beauty, love, compassion, joy, whatever.

And now mentally say to yourself,
