Now, this Hill House Manor is in Gainesville, Texas.

And I do want to mention there's a hill house in mineral wells, I think it is.

Yeah.

But this is a different house.

Now, is it named after? This is the original Hill House, man.

Okay, good to know, because I was wondering which one came first.

Oh, I did.

How the heck did you end up with a haunted house?

Well, it was part of a 1031 exchange, which is a commercial building in Louisville, which was also haunted.

But I sold that building, and I had to buy something of commercial type within I think I had three months to put in the process submit the property and then another two months to close on the property,

my husband found this group of houses that were for sale, but could be sold as commercial
