when people talk about the Holy Spirit, they make a beeline for the Book of Acts, and they start

at the day of Pentecost. But I want to suggest to you today that as surely as Jesus

Christ did not begin at Bethlehem, the Holy Spirit did not begin on Pentecost. No, in fact, we meet

the Holy Spirit in the second verse of the Bible. I want you to open your scripture with me today

to the book of Genesis.

He's found in Genesis chapter 1, where the Bible says, in the beginning,
