This is a podcast of action, providing a little extra motivation to help you keep that

fitness promise you made to yourself, because really isn't that the hardest part of fitness? Hi, I'm Dave. I've

been walking for fitness since 2013 averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now and would

love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. So usually I'm walking in the morning. Today, it is an evening walk.

The sun has set, and I'm trying to capture the evening symphony that I heard last night as I was walking home from the movies.

So you can hear, you can hear the bugs.

I'm assuming those are bugs.

This is the ignorance part of me,

because I don't really know what I'm hearing.

I just know that it was amazing.

So there's lots of bugs,

and there's this kind of honking sound.

And if you can hear that.

I'm walking towards it.

I have no idea what that is. Evening.

Evening.

Someone out riding their bike enjoying the sounds.

Okay, this is where the, I'm assuming it's kind of like a frog or a chorus of frogs,

but they just got quiet.

Maybe they are experiencing a little bit of stage fright.
