been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging just about 21,000 steps a day. I am walking right

now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes or so. It is a foggy, foggy morning

We've had fog since we moved here about a year and a half ago.

But since I've been doing this podcast, I don't ever remember fog this thick.

And it has, in the last 15 15 minutes thickened up pretty dramatically.

About five years ago, I had the original idea for this podcast.

knew that I walked a lot. So I would hear often this, I guess it was a complaint or maybe an excuse.
