Jason, thanks for joining us today. Hey, thanks for having me. Good to be here. Yeah, man. It's my pleasure. So how about you get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Sure. All right, Kwame. So I'm, my name is Jason Harris. I'm the co-founder and CEO of an advertising agency. We're Our name's Mechanism.

We're about 200 people, four offices.

We work on big brands like Ben and Jerry's Peloton, Charles Schwab, Jose Cuervo, et cetera, et cetera.
