Summary

The desire for marriage is strong in many of our lives, but it comes with a fear that the spark of love will fade away. 0:20.1	Right out of college, I worked for a church in the suburbs in North of Houston,
0:25.8	and through the grace of God, this church had bought a collared green farm.
0:30.3	It was pretty awesome. That day, we're going to build the church building on.
0:33.2	And so it was pretty great to have this land and to go buy it, and it was an
0:36.7	exciting place to see ministry begin to form. And right at the front of this
0:40.6	property was a massive, I believe, oak tree. But it was huge. I mean, it was
0:47.2	monumental. You couldn't miss it even just driving by. It was this gorgeous tree,
0:51.3	and I was fascinated by it. It was always kind of looking at it as we drove by,
0:54.4	could sit under its branches on a bench. It was pretty incredible. So you can
0:58.1	imagine my shock when one day after a storm, I drove by, and that massive tree was
1:05.3	cracked in half and laying across the ground. And my initial thought was, dude, and
1:11.0	then I was like, it got stuck by lightning. How else could you take that thing down?
1:15.2	That's crazy. And so I pulled the car in and I went over there like, man, I've never
1:18.3	been around a tree of strength by lightning. It's still smoldering. We'll still be hot.
1:20.9	What's going to happen? And so I walk up to it, and I looked around and
1:24.2	I'm like, wait, if it got hit by lightning, wouldn't there be like charred marks?
1:28.7	Wouldn't it be like blackened in places? And I'm looking around and I don't see any.
1:33.0	I'm like, wouldn't it have been on fire? There's no signs of a fire at all. And then
1:38.0	suddenly the obvious hit me. As I peered closer to the tree, the inside of it was hollow.
