the book and when it was published. This book flowed out of my doctoral

research on the historicity of the resurrection of Jesus,

which I pursued at the University of Munich under Wofrach Palenbach.

It's a popularization of the work that went into my doctoral

thesis on the historicity of the resurrection. I wrote it to the best of my recollection after all these decades. During

1979 in our apartment complex in Munich in the lounge up on the top floor.

I would go up there every day and wrote this book by hand.
