1:18.1 | of that outcome, that scenario, or the realistic nature of that scenario. |

1:27.0 | And it seems to be running subconsciously. |

1:34.0 | But one way that I have found useful is just to meet it head on |
1:40.0 | with a bit of a, I don't want to say, aggressive attitude, |
