He was on track to be a culinary chef studying French cuisine and luckily for us changed the recipe and found fighting. He was a 3x King of Pancrase champion as well as UFC Veteran who won the heavyweight title and has since been inducted into the Pancreas Hall of fame, Mixed martial arts hall of fame and the UFC hall of fame.
His sense of humor and natural ability to entertain landed him some roles In the acting world, hosting Inside MMA for 9 years, as well as shows like Kevin Can Wait and the hit movie Here Comes The Boom! He is the inventor of the body action system and The 02 Trainer which has proven published medical benefits including increased lung and exercise capacity and now spends time as the chairman and commentator for the fast growing Karate Combat! He was behind the realism you see fighting in Grand Theft Auto, he's been featured on The Joe Rogan Experience Podcast and he can even knit you a sweater! He has a new movie coming out soon called The Smashing Machine starring Dwayne The Rock Johnson and Emily Blunt based on the life of Mark Kerr. You will want to hear his amazing story of going from "The Leper," to "El Guapo!"
