like athletes, people like entrepreneurs, fighters, musicians, people that maybe are not able to afford the type of medical care they want or they don't realize that they're being gouged by the industry for these prices for things that they really don't need. And he talks about ways that we can get the things we need, whether it's your typical health care, to athletes and entrepreneurs who are beating up their body through jiu-jitsu, to musicians who maybe can't pay for a top-tier medical care or even for the average business person who wants to now put money more back in their pocket so they can put it more in their investments. There's many different ways we can do now things to get you good medical care for an affordable price and get you top-tier doctors and even have ways that they can reduce the rates for you, get you better rates. and the beautiful part about what fixed care is doing is you don't even have to be the person out there putting the footwork in and making the calls. They have already done it for you, finding you top doctors at negotiated great cash prices with incredible rates. And we also talk about different ways that you can actually do preventative things ahead of time to make sure that you don't need these expensive experiences later on to take care of the health problems that you might have

by not taking some basic general steps that everybody can be doing every single day, presently,

All right, my guest today is an entrepreneur and industry disruptor. They're an athlete of Marshall, Arlish, with a successful track record in rugby, wrestling, judo, and of course Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grown up on Long Island, now by way of New York City and training at the world-famous Henzhou Gracie Academy in Midtown. His parents put him in sports early, hoping it would assimilate him into American culture. And as does older athletes know, that path comes with many injuries along the way. And as a true entrepreneur, he doesn't focus on problems, he focuses on solutions.

And he began his path down the medical field, reading books and eventually getting certifications as a trainer and physician's assistant.

When struggling to find the right recipe, he thought outside the box and found ways to form strategic partnerships.

And after 24-plus years in health care, he has seen the landscape

changed dramatically, and he decided to try to make a difference. He is now focused to

the alternative to judicial medicine and health insurance to keep private practices thriving

and is now the founder of fixed care, a low-cost subscription direct pay platform connecting

cash-pay patients with local medical providers, putting decisions
