We are less than two weeks until E Day, which means I've got a lot of numbers floating

in my head last week.

We talked about the races in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, probably the

four closest these days in the country, with less than two weeks ago.

I want to spend a little bit of time on a few other races that could matter depending

on which way the wind blows or if there is a surprise.

So today we're going to talk to a couple of reporters from Iowa and Colorado.

There are two states that have been sitting just outside the battleground, if you will, for

the Senate.

But neither incumbent has put their race away, Michael Bennett, the Democrat and Colorado,

Chuck Grassley, the Republican in Iowa.

Colorado race is intriguing to me because Colorado is very similar to Virginia to me.

And if Virginia, if the polling looks like Virginia, 2021, well, that's the recipe for how

a moderate Republican could pull off an upset in Colorado.

Iowa is all about Grassley's age in its in-convenancy.

He's trying to do something that's just very difficult to do.

Anytime you try to win a sixth, seventh, eighth term in the Senate, it is extraordinarily

difficult.
