I wish I knew if we knew that perfectly I think you know we'd be sitting on some potential

gold mines here but we'll sort it out for you and we got a transaction that

could have a little bit of interest too how How you doing? I'm doing all right. Looking forward to some

warmer weather. It's supposed to get up to 70 degrees here today, which is, yeah, kind of crazy. It's actually so, it's bearable enough where I don't need to have my heater on in the office right now, so hopefully a little bit less ambient noise in the background, but yeah things are going well
