Justin Mason. Justin, how's it going man? It's going well. I got my daughter's

first play tonight so that's going to be fun and interesting and she's the lead in it so oh I like that

yeah she's playing Harry Potter in a Harry Potter play so that's awesome that's

awesome I hope it goes well we are recording in the afternoon again it's going to be

kind of a mixed bag sometimes it'll be afternoon sometimes it'll be morning just

kind of depending on our schedules and your sleep schedule I have an article

due on deadline every Monday afternoon. So sometimes if you

got to get some sleep it works really well for me. So just kind of look forward and it's

going to be out on Monday. We can guarantee that and we'll tweet out otherwise

but sometimes it'll be late

after or early afternoon, sometimes it'll be late afternoon.

But we're going to dive right into it, a little bit of a news episode and then pickups

of the week, kind of the interesting players there.

Nothing too crazy here. Let's start with the Yankees as we have relatively often this year already

because of all the stuff they've been dealing with. Don't worry Yankees fans got a little bit of

good news but I got to start with the negative and that's Miguel

And a heart head right back to the IL clearly Clearly not feeling well not going right with him and the

torn labrum and so this this can't be good.

Yeah, well this is one of the things we talked about in terms of when he was coming back was the fact that he didn't get surgery on it.
