Hey, I'm doing okay. I'm in Raleigh, kids dance competition this weekend.

A very long day. They were giving out the awards show awards show ended at 11 o'clock and this is you know clocks went

forward an hour last night for those of us who live in in in states where that exists

and yeah it was an early morning this morning not going to lie but I'm just glad that the clock went for this weekend instead of next weekend.

Yeah next weekend would be a little rough because that is Tout Wars weekend.

I always like the clocks moving forward because I work overnight and so I lose an hour of

or I lose an hour of work while everybody else loses an hour to sleep and I still get paid the same so I get paid for an eight hour shift even though I'm only work in seven hours so that for me is a little bit nice. Fair warning I am very, very sick still. My whole house is very

very sick still so if I sound a little weird, lose my voice or start coughing I

will try to edit that kind of stuff out in post but just fair warning that I am I'm just

holding it together right now. I think we are in that shape at this point it is it's been a

rough health week I, on my home front, I was just

getting over some kind of cold and then my wife had an emergency appendectomy on Wednesday morning. I was supposed to be heading to Boston for work and then she went to bed early Tuesday night

said she wasn't feeling well I wake up to start packing Wednesday morning and she's like yeah

don't go anywhere and I was like whoa because my wife is one of those like would never complain ever.

Ever. I've had to take her into the ER twice in our

18 years together. One was a gallbladder and this was the

epidectomy. That's it. She is, you know, it doesn't take anything. She doesn't know, she's not over dramatic about any, but yeah, this was, that was my week. So as I I was getting better she was getting worse and

that's why I'm in Raleigh because she can't lift two pounds at this point and so

I'm carrying dance bags and suitcases and that's all me.
