It is Wednesday, March 6th. I'm your host Paulus Moore and this is another fireside chat. So I am joined by Nick Pollack. Nick, what's going on?

What's happening? How you doing? I'm doing well. Voice is improving obviously we've now we're

what three days in a row so this is definitely people can see the progression of the voice and hopefully

they're seeing an improvement I would actually four days in

row Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday say yeah four straight days so we're rolling but this one won't be an epic two-hour plus marathon the way the

last few have been because we're gonna be talking strategy here and I'm really excited about this

because I do think it can be very valuable for folks as they jump into their into

their leagues and kind of figure out you know, what do I want to do?

And obviously, whatever draft or auction you're in, the room is going to dictate some of the things.

So it's a general plan, right?

And you deviate from the plan where you see fit.

So let's start with shallow leagues, 10 to 12 teams, meaning the waiver wire will be more robust.

And that's really the most, that's really what I mean when I say shallow, is that you're

just going to have a little bit more robust waiver

wire so you can do some more things. What is your general strategy in those

leagues with regards to how many you want to get in your top X, whatever that is,

2025 and how do you approach building a standard nine

pitcher-only staff, not RPSP specific, just 9P.
