Hello and welcome to episode 1090 of The Sleeper and The Bust.

It is Monday, August 22nd, I'm your host Paul Sporer and I'm flying solo again.

Now I think we're going to have a decent number of solo episodes the rest of the season.

Justin and I are still going to be there on the Tuesday and Friday for sure but I'm going

to be mixing in some of these and because I love podcasting that's just the easiest part

of it but I've just been having some weird struggles with writing lately and it's really

been about how long things take and you know some of it can be like okay distractions

of getting on the internet or whatever but even when I try to block that out I don't

know what it is but like my pace like it's brutal it's brutal and like I love doing

the box score bits and it does take some time to go through and review and find things

to write about the pictures I choose but it shouldn't take as long as it is and I don't

know what it is I don't know if I'm just old my brain's breaking or what but it's a lot

more time efficient for me to put some notes together get on the mic and talk then it

is to spend you know sometimes the entire day writing a box score bits again I enjoy

doing it but the turnaround just it has to be quicker and until I can figure that out

they're going to be a little bit more sporadic on the box score bits I still want to do

something I mentioned that there is not going to be an updated SP list in September because

I'm going to turn box score bits into basically you know like here's how some of the pictures

did and here's who to look at today type of tomorrow you know down the road because everything

is so touching going September and so a day to day look is better than a ranking I don't

think a ranking really helps but instead breaking down the upcoming schedule every day in

September and saying like okay these guys are going you know these are some opportunities
