fantastic. It's just another beautiful day to talk fantasy baseball and I can be too hot here in

Northern California, which is a nice little change of pace. But I'm even more excited because we have

a special guest today. We have Ray Murphy from baseball HQ coming on to talk some fab and something

even more important fab this week. First pitch Arizona. Ray, welcome to the show. Thanks for the

talk about first pitch Arizona and why everybody should be booking their tickets right now.

Exactly. It's that time of year, right? Yeah, so you can follow me at Twitter at RAGEQ. I'm the

for anyone not familiar with my work on the co-general manager at baseball HQ. One of the things

we put together every year is our in-person symposium at the Arizona Follow League. We call it first

pitch Arizona. It runs November 3rd to 6th this year out in Phoenix, Mace area. We're out there

for a weekend of Arizona Follow League action and the fall starts weekend event. So we basically,

as you guys well know as long time attendees, we basically alternate being in the hotel doing

conference sessions, fantasy baseball discussions, player analysis, strategy discussion, drafts,

all those sorts of things. And when we're not doing those things, we're out at the ballpark,

checking out the fall starts in action and the checking out the NFL games will get

game on Thursday, two games on Friday, a home run derby is a new event this year on Saturday,

and then Sunday nights the fall starts game for people who can stay that long. So I think the

best way I've heard it described in the last couple of years is an immersive fantasy baseball experience.

It's just, you show up, you walk into the hotel, sometimes even before you walk into the hotel,

maybe you run into somebody at the airport and you just kind of get your brain in that mode and
