We got a couple people reaching out this week that were like,

hello, we listen. I'm like, that probably gets so old for people. Be like, stop saying that.

You've been doing this for 13 years. Like, no, we won't stop saying that because we really do like to

hear from you. It's so true. And I feel like, you know, for a a couple pretty much like january we were reacting to a lot

of the horrible political things like the ice stuff we talked a little bit about the absolutely

horrible things with the Epstein files that i like can't even say out loud that stuff is still very

much like present and

important and horrible even for us it does it is necessary to not always talk about it right and

we've also you know we know that you guys know that about us but we've and it's also we hope like

there's this fine line of like I don't want to avoid it or like give people like an,

I don't even know, like an out.

I don't, that's not what I'm trying to say, but like there is a, an important part of like, hey, let's just kind of take a breath and like have a conversation and give our nervous systems a little moment. Yeah. So at least for me, that's the last few years ago. Yeah. I mean, there's a million things that can be true at the same time and we don't always have to live in that really, like, really scary space.

And that is very... So at least for me, that's the last few weeks are. Yeah, I mean, there's a million things that can be true at the same time.

If you do want to have a space to process all of that, we're going to be that sometimes. But you can really, really find some great podcasts out there. like we've mentioned, Pansu Politics, Positive America.

Those are wonderful therapeutic.
