through the introduction of the book about Sir Alf Ramsey. Fuck knows how long this is going

to go forward. We might just get bored of this in a few weeks and just knock it on the head

before we even get into the fucking book. But where are we? Yeah, Gordon Taylor. We talked about

Gordon Taylor for a while so he was mentioned. And is it about the lack of respect that Sir Alf

was shown from the footballing establishment after his retirement for the twilight years

before he passed away. And it says here, outside the confines of his England squad respect

for something Sir Alf and rarely been shown. The reluctance to honour him was not confined to

the FA ever since 1966 he'd been subject to a stream of criticism for his approach to football.
