Today, Alex (@AlexHormozi) talks about one of the most difficult habits that entrepreneurs can’t easily break: getting good sleep. That sounds crazy, but if you actually think about it the more sleep you get the more energy you can potentially have to drive more growth to your business.

0:44.3

really, really, really, really not sexy. And the more I think about it, there's so many other

to creating clear output. And so an easy example of this is like, if you've, if you've been on a,

1:50.8

you know, workout kick, right, for a while, or you've been training for a long time, if you ever stop
