And so she would sleep in the maschid. She would clean the masjid because she wants to give back to the community, right? One day the process comes and he doesn't find her there. And he's like, where did she go? And they said, yeah,

Rasual Allah, she passed away.

We found her dead, you know, at night. to the community, right? One day, the process comes and he doesn't find her there. And he's like,

where did she go? And they said, yeah, Rasuala, she passed away. We found her dead, you know, at night,

and we didn't want to disturb you. You know, we don't know her name. Well, I mean, Wali didn't say them saying she's not that big of a deal in our community. She doesn't have family and friends. We just did a quick genaza and we buried her.

We didn't want to disturb you.

And he said, why didn't you call me?

He walked to her grave.

We don't even know her name.

He walked 25 minutes to Bakira which is outside the city and he made a special

doa for her for what reason like why we don't even imagine what is the purpose for doing this

you and i had the pleasure of meeting on a trip in the Balkans, which was a wonderful experience.

And during that trip, just back and forth conversation, we got to the topic of work and what I do and leadership.

And this is how you introduced your book to me.

I'm very curious just the fact that you recently

co-authored this book with the very talented Adman Jalalali and the title of the book,

The Greatest Leader of All Time, Follow Him and Lead Successfully, which is about the Prophet

Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him and his leadership skills. So given your background in both Islamic

scholarship and engaging with contemporary audiences, what we're curious, what drew you to explore

the prophet pieceby upon him's life through a lens of leadership?

Jain, so it's a very good question. Firstly, obviously we begin by praising Allah and sending Salat upon the message of Allah.

So one of my areas of passion, as many people know, is the Sira or the life in times of the Prophet of Sala.
