| 0:00.0 | Welcome to our daily rotary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the |
| 0:04.7 | son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:10.6 | So from our last meditation, we made the point that there are two sins that kill hope, despair and presumption. |
| 0:20.0 | Now presumption means thinking of heaven as automatic. |

| 1:26.0 | Our father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name, |
| 1:29.0 | Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. |
| 1:32.0 | Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. |
| 1:32.6 | Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass |
| 1:39.0 | against us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, |
