Hey, everyone. I am so excited to introduce my guest today. This is, it's actually truly epic. I have Dr. Romney and Dr. Romney is a

clinical psychologist, bestselling author and internationally recognized expert on narcissism,

toxic relationships and mental health. And as someone who likes to help people get out of these

types of relationships, how to improve themselves if they keep co-creating these relationships

with others. And as someone who grew up with a narcissistic parent and also, as you might

know, if you read my book, it begins with you.

I had a very, very, very abusive relationship in my 20s that I managed to never recreate again.

And in our conversation, we are able to, or she is able to really bust some myths about what narcissism is, what it isn't,

the difference between being selfish and being narcissistic, and why the overuse of the term narcissist

is actually very, very dangerous in many ways. And there's something also very

interesting, which is sometimes it doesn't matter if they're actually a narcissist or not. What

matters is that you are not being treated well. And we talk about those signs. Like I said,
