So this is, I know every time we sit down to record, I'm like, I'm ready.

And then all the time, nearly every time, I always end up saying, oh, hang on, let me go get water.

Yeah.

And every time, I don't want to go all the way downstairs to get the water because in my mind, we're on a time crunch.

We're not.

But in my mind, we are because we start recording.

Every second you waste getting water, uh, like that, that detracts from the rest of my day.

I want you to live with that.

Okay, sounds good.

Well, so you know, then, then keeping that in mind, I don't go downstairs. I just

basically take my coffee mug, because that I always seem to have, like on hand. And I just

shock on the rest of it, no matter how hot. And then I go run to the restroom because it's really

close. And I just, I just fill it for the sink there.

It's about to say I just take a scoop out of the toilet and come back.

That would be faster.

It would be faster.

But the problem is, is I normally don't.

What I should do is fill empty and then fill again, but I don't.

And so I have this always this kind of brown-tinged water that I'm drinking out of.

After I run from outside of the rest of the room.
