America is a country where you can pull your car off the highway, fill up the tank with

gas, and walk into a building where you can buy highly processed food, drinks, and possibly

a wolf t-shirt, or a pleather NFL jacket, or a petrified alligator head, or a 64 ounce

refillable travel mug, a wall drug bumper sticker, or a sleeveless western shirt.

I like that.

Plenty of us spend our time seeking out great restaurants, getting dressed up and telling

each other about the risotto here, the lobster bisque there, the must-have Tomahawk steak.
