But unlike Mark, I'm not going to be talking about a passenger plane.

Your episodes such as Season 13, episode 21 about Flight 961 and Season 3 episode 9 about the German Wings Flight 9525.

They really encouraged us to think about how we might react if we were at 30,000 feet and tragedy struck.

Do those episodes ring a bell for you, Mark?

I remember the German wings one because I feel like that was the Air France plane, possibly that crashed into the side of the Alps,

killing everybody on board. That was pilot, suicide and murder.

And then Flight 9-6-1 is your most

recent one with Ethiopia Airlines. And I listened to that on a walk and that was so shocking.

Because I didn't know much about the fact that there were so many hijacking attempts and it was

actually almost, I mean, like you said at the time, the majority were foiled before the plane even took off, but the fact that that was quite commonplace.

Nor will this episode feature, like in season 9, episode 16, a light aircraft such as the one that David Ibbotson and Emiliano Sala crossed the English Channel in on their fateful journey back in 2019.

Instead, we are going to be hearing about a very different plane. It is a Hawker Hunter T-7,

and we won't be hearing from the passengers, as there were none. And on that note, we won't

be hearing much from the pilot. Rather, we are going to be hearing from eyewitnesses on the ground
