And we are also joined by a guy who unfortunately told us that he lives right by the studio and has not much on. Again, it is Broden Kelly. Hello, Australian audience, but hello, predominantly British audience. Oh, why is that? Because you told me that that's the breakdown of your pod. Yeah, well, I don't know if it's a product. I haven't checked it in a while. It's just a lot. You're a lot of British people. I respect that.

0:39.7

Yeah, a lot of goves.

0:42.1

A lot of ma'am.

0:44.3

What do I call women in England?

0:45.9

A lot of... Mam? M-A-M-M-A-M.

0:47.1

If you, your British people will love this.

0:49.9

Pretta-Mongue.

0:51.2

Oh, Prater-Mongier, yeah.

0:54.1

Wait, isn't that an American thing? Pret-a-Monger. Oh, Prater, yeah. A bit of Pratt.

0:55.8

Wait, isn't that an American thing?

0:56.2

No.

0:57.1

It's British. It'll be French, I think.

0:58.6

What's the American one? I don't think it's French. It's so similar vibe to Prater-Mong-J. They have Prer-a-Monger in, like, New York, but it's not as big. Like, in London, it's mostly Predamonjays.

1:08.2

The equivalent, I think, would be Starbucks.

1:10.2

Well, actually, this is quite fitting, this is quite fitting because our topic today is the shops.

1:27.2

Okay, so we're talking about shops getting pretermonger taken over everything in London. There's probably not many, all the cafes are strangled by Proto Mangiar and their delicious food at low price. No more. Mom and Pop! Yeah, but in Melbourne, because we're such wankers and a coffee culture are so strong, Starbucks came to town and we said, no, thank you. And there's only like three Starbucks and they're all in the city where all the international people are. And we wear that as a badge of pride in Australia that were like actually it didn't do well here. Yeah. And also we created McCaffee. Yeah, exactly. However. McAfee seems to be, and Mccafe is attached to the McDonald's, right?

2:00.9

Yeah.

2:01.4

So you can't really escape it. But that is the only time I can think of a chain where people are like, oh, I'll go to the chain. Yeah. And it's because Maccas is with the other Maccas. It's already there. Get a coffee and a little bacon and egg McMuff. They've got deals. It's a bit cheaper. Yeah. But every other chain store, every time someone's like, oh, we can meet here.
