Tim Panic, another legal question for you, please. Do you think stepmom is going to be successful in her petition for the gag order so that everything can't be talked about on shows like this one?

I definitely think in the state of Florida, what we have in family law cases is they are usually sealed from the public, like people's divorces, custody battles,

because there are children, minor children involved when doing so.

So I ultimately think she is going to be successful,

but she's only going to be able to keep the cat in the bag for so long

before everybody knows the facts when if and when her son is actually charged with what I think will be murder.

So, you know, Mike, that's really interesting because the other thing I found out yesterday,

and again, we didn't know this either, was that apparently the 16-year-old stepson,

who he's been referred to with the initials,

TH, was interviewed by the FBI.

And I don't know if this is accurate or not,

because that grandmother, the biological grandmother of Anna,

she said a lot of inconsistent things in her statement. And she said that she saw Anna twice.

And it was clear from other people that were interviewed that she went to her room and didn't

come back out. According to grandmother, she went to her room, changed into a different outfit

and was at the gambling casino with her.

There's no evidence of that.

So I don't know whether to believe the fact when the grandmother said she was present when T.H. was interviewed by the FBI, and he told them nothing.

It was a basket case, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But she, when we referred to Miranda law being read, if they were going to interview him,

they would have, they would have to get a Miranda waiver from TH, the 16-year-old step-brother,

and parent or illegal guardian.
