In 1928, a dramatic exorcism took place in Erling, Iowa.

The possessed woman has been called by a variety

of names to protect her identity. One of them was Anna Eckland, and in 2016, a movie called The Exorcism

of Anna Eckland was released. The movie was fictionalized, but in 1935, a real-life account of the

exorcism was published.

What the public didn't know was that there was also a secret report that was never released.

And it revealed even more dramatic things than were contained in the public account.
